My name is Joe, I am based in Charlotte, NC. I bring over 30 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on residential building, remodeling, and project management. While I am newer to the investment side of real estate, my career has given me a deep understanding of property structure, site potential, and what it truly takes to bring a project from concept to completion—on time and on budget.

My business partner and I have recently launched our investment business (TEEM Transformations LLC). We are particularly interested in fix-and-flip opportunities, as well as manufactured and mobile home investments. These asset types align well with our practical experience and offer compelling potential for value-driven improvements. We are actively seeking to partner with experienced teams where we can contribute our technical knowledge, eye for detail, and commitment to quality execution while continuing to grow our expertise in real estate investing.
