I’m new to the forum and really excited to connect with this community. My background blends wellness, landscape architecture, and nature-based design. I've spent the past few years building poetic, intentional spaces and am now transitioning that work into the U.S., especially around New York City and Upstate.

Lately, I’ve been diving deep into ADUs, small-scale land development, and how design-forward living can intersect with smart investing. I’m especially curious about:

• Creative ways to activate underused land in and around NYC

• Building wellness-focused retreats or rental properties
