Hello everyone, I am new to real estate and I am doing a lot of reading and reaching to make sure I make the right deals. I am currently in the beginning of making my first single family house deals, on a 3/2 house. I am open to any helpful information , any suggestions, and any coaching. Like many people, I read the Rich Dad Poor Dad book and it really got my wheels turning. My goal is to have financial freedom and to help my kids have financial freedom.
