Hi all. I am brand new and looking forward to learning from everyone. I am interested in BRRR, STR and MTR. Open to other strategies as well.

Welcome to the community! Great to have you here and awesome to see you already exploring multiple strategies like BRRRR, STR, and MTR. Each has its own unique strengths depending on your market, financing, and time commitment.
If you're still figuring out where to start, I’d recommend looking at turnkey long-term rentals in stable, cash-flowing markets as a way to build a strong foundation, especially while you learn the ropes and line up your first BRRRR or STR deal. Markets like Cleveland, Memphis, and parts of the Southeast are very investor-friendly and offer great rent-to-price ratios.
Once you have a solid base, you can branch into more active strategies like BRRRR or short-term rentals with more confidence and capital.
Happy to share resources or examples if you're open to chatting more - this is a great place to learn and connect. You’re in the right spot!
Best of luck,
Melissa
