Noob from Dallas area
Hello - I am a recently downsized IT Mgr from Texas and looking to reinvent myself. I have very little experience in REI but would like to get much more involved. I currently own my own home (mortgage) and have a rental property with zero (or negative) cash flow. Looking to do some small deals to start off...maybe wholesale then get into some rehab on SF homes.
