Build to Rent in North Texas

Brannon Potts
Posted

New to the forum, but not a new investor. I have 12 units. Two Multi families, 3 Single Family, one Commericial, and one STR all built from the ground up with forced equity on each one. Started construction on my first ones in 2020 and still building one to two a year as of 2025. Just completed two single families in the last 90 days. I have land banked two single family lots and one multifamily lot and plan to build in the next 12 months more. I started a youtube channel to share my journey less than a year ago. B2R Investing and Financial Talk. I have 30 years in the finance, real estate, and investing journey.
