Hello all at Bigger Pockets,

My name is Mike Wever and I'm from Granger, Indiana just outside of South Bend. Purchased, rehabbed, and payed off our current residence and considering fix & flipping on the side.

I'm pretty financially conservative so my intent is to start small and build up capital. I'm LEED GA certified & would like to potentially incorporate some of the LEED strategies in my rehabs if it makes financial sense in my market.
