My name is Randall, and I’m based in Kansas. I’ve owned a rental property in the past, but I’m starting fresh with a new vision:

I’ve recently been looking into forming a LLC for rental properties. My long-term goal is to own income-producing properties across Kansas and beyond. I don’t have capital or credit right now, so I’m starting by exploring wholesaling, property management, and creative deal structuring to get in the game.

I’ve been reading, researching, and taking action behind the scenes — but I’d love to hear from others who:
