Q Pleass Realtor interested in multifamily properties

Hi All!

Looking to get into Multifamily Real estate. Would it be best to start with a quad plex with an FHA loan? or look at 32 unit deals with a hard money lender keeping in consideration the number of available rental units in North Dallas at the moment. Is it a good time to get into Multifamily?
