Hi, I’m Lauren. I’ve been listening to bigger pockets for maybe 6 months now and have really been enjoying the Rookie Real Estate Podcast as well. There’s a huge need for rentals in my area, but I’ve got to get a toe in the investing market with the experienced guys. I also have found a somewhat niche rental need in a neighboring city, but I’m running into roadblocks that just comes with not knowing enough and not wanting to give away my idea. There’s always others who have more experience and more money.
