My name is Filipe and I have been working in the construction and renovation field for over 30 years.

My experience spans France, Portugal, and 8 years in St. Barth, where I had the opportunity to work on high-end projects. Those years in St. Barth were a turning point for me, as the demand for perfection and attention to detail pushed my skills and standards to an entirely new level.

Today, I am based in Las Vegas / Henderson where I created my own company. I currently work with clients who purchase homes to renovate and resell. The projects vary from 2 months to 12 months, depending on the type of property and the scope of work — from small homes to large-scale renovations.

I bring a distinctive European modern style to my renovations, which is highly appreciated in the local market and adds a unique value to every project.

I am looking to connect with investors (one or several) who want to finance projects while I take care of everything from A to Z:

• Market research and property acquisition
• Planning and managing all renovations
• Resale and distribution of profits
