Excited to be here
Hello everyone,
My name is George Limen. I am a pharmacist based in Houston, Texas. I am new to the real estate world and have been listening to the BP RE & the Rookie RE podcasts. My plan is to get at least one property before the end of this year. I work full-time & I plan to do RE on the side. Interesting fact: I just took the Texas RE exam this morning & I passed. I am not sure what the benefit is going to be, especially as I do not plan to do RE full-time. I am based in North Houston (Spring) and interested in local meet-ups. Excited to be here.
