New investor from St. Louis, MO
Hello everyone my name is Chuck Stegall. I am 29 yrs. old and from St. Louis, MO. I am currently an electrician and have been in the trades for 11 years. My friend and I have recently been pre approved for a loan, and hopefully can find a house to rehab and sell. We would like to rehab houses for the next ten years, building up cash to buy houses to hold and rent along the way. The goal would be to own free and clear about 15 houses and just manage those properties for a living. Also I would like to learn about many of the other real estate strategies.
