Hi Everyone

My Name is Emi and I am a new real estate investor. I am looking to buy and hold properties and possibly manage them myself. I just recently started looking at houses by "driving for dollars" and going to Open Houses. I have put my 1st offer in and got outbid. 

I am hoping to learn about investing so I can build my real estate business and work towards Financial Freedom.

Hey Emi, great start! Driving for dollars and making offers is exactly how you learn. Getting outbid is normal; just keep at it. In Augusta, I'd focus near Fort Gordon or the hospitals for strong rental demand. Self-managing locally is smart too. Keep going, you’re on the right track!
