Hello my name is Jon Plair...I am just starting as an investor and really have a interest in rehabbing properties. What are the best properties to look for? Am I able to find wholesalers that might sell me a deal?

Hey Jonathan-

Two good groups in Metro Detroit that I'm apart of and many investors that do deals go to are:

Detroit Renegade Investors- meets first Tuesday of every month in Berkley

Michigan Real Estate Investors meets every Third Thursday of every Month in Troy

Google them for more info. I highly recommend these two groups.
