Hello everyone, My name is Jacob. I'm 25 years old and looking to get started in real estate. I have been watching videos and learning about rentals since I was about 15 (I know its a weird hobby for a 15year old). I couldn't tell you exactly what it was that peeked my interest but i have been very passionate about real estate ever since. Even though I have always been interested in learning as much as I can about this topic I still have yet to actually start. I ran into some financial trouble a couple years back and I'm still recovering. I hoping that I can get started on my first deal within a year any advice from experienced investors would be greatly appreciated.
