Hey everyone! I’m Jason Malabute — CPA, CTC, and MBA — and I focus on helping real estate investors make smarter tax decisions and plan strategically for long-term growth.
I’ve been investing since 2019, starting with single-family BRRRRs in Indianapolis and now serving as a General Partner on 342 multifamily units in Atlanta. Being both an investor and an accountant has given me a unique perspective on how taxes impact deals and portfolios.
