Back in the BP Community – Excited to Grow My Real Estate Journey

Hi everyone!

After a short two-year break from the BP group, I’m excited to be back.

I first started my real estate journey about three years ago. At the time, I dove into BiggerPockets content—podcasts, webinars, and YouTube videos—absorbing as much as I could. After 6–8 months of research, learning, and analyzing deals, I finally pulled the trigger on my primary residence with the plan of renting out rooms. While it didn’t end up cash flowing, I viewed it as a valuable stepping stone and a way to offset my living expenses. (Biggest bonus of the property is that my tenants are best friends from college!)

Now, I’m looking ahead to the next phase: purchasing a duplex, triplex, or quadplex as my new primary residence, with the goal of generating positive cash flow while holding onto and cash flowing my current property.

Excited to learn, grow, and share this journey with you all again!
