I posted a few years ago and was quickly lost in my work. I'm returning now after reading Brandon's book on Real Estate Investing. Just for laughs, I did some quick calculations using the 2% rule and well, the 1/2% rule works! Looking to connect with locals who are investing as well in this area. Cheers!
