New to Real Estate Investing – Looking for Guidance on Multifamily & Coaching Program

🌎 Hi everyone! I’m based in Austin, TX, and I’m currently focused on the Texas market, but I’m open to opportunities anywhere across the country.

🏡 I’m very new to real estate investing and still in the learning stage. My main interest is in multifamily apartment investments.

✨ One thing I’m especially curious about is the frequent claims I see about getting into multifamily investing with little or no capital. Many communities and coaches advertise this approach, often charging a considerable fee for membership or mentoring. Has anyone here joined such a program? I’d love to hear your firsthand experiences—positive or negative.

❓My first question to the community: For someone starting out in multifamily, what’s the best way to separate real opportunities from overhyped or overpriced coaching programs?

I’m really excited about this journey and happy to be here learning with all of you!
