Newbie Investor Here... Got my first fix and flip.
Hello, I am glad I joined here and got me an opportunity to connect with a lender that helped me purchase my first fix and flip using 10% down only. We are almost done with renovations and dealing with unforeseen scope of work which I probably should have taken into consideration beforehand but I didn't get a chance to do a thorough inspection considering the condition of the house.
But anyhow, I just consider that as an enrollment to the world of real estate investing. I am here to support others and also to learn more. I can't believe I waited this long to this. I enrolled in 3 different coaching classes, from Cody Sperber, Grant Cardone, and *************.
You just have to dive in and with grit, find the deal that works for you.
