Hello,
I'm Mike Wolffs, from NYC. I was an IT professional for almost 30 years. I'm in the process of transitioning out of that, and into real estate investing as a career.
I'm in the process of buying my first property (a three unit row house in Jersey city NJ.) Once this is done, I'll be looking to scale up to higher unit count properties to generate more cash flow.
You'll probably see me posting in the multifamily forum. In the beginning, I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions. I appreciate any help I can get from forum members.
