I'm Samuel, a mortgage loan advisor based in Florida with about 4 years of experience working with both new and seasoned real estate investors. Over the years, I've had the chance to help clients with everything from DSCR loans for rental acquisitions, to HELOCs for adding value with renovations, to refinances on BRRRR projects — and plenty of troubleshooting along the way.

What I love most about this business is problem-solving. Every deal is different, and I enjoy being a resource to help investors, landlords, agents, and even builders and developers move forward on their goals.
