Excited to Join the BP Community — Property Manager Exploring Commercial Deals
Hey everyone! I’m new here and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.
I manage a small portfolio of rental and commercial properties and have picked up a lot of lessons through refinancing, property management, and working through appraisals. Real estate has been a learning curve, but it’s also been rewarding — every challenge has come with a new skill.
Right now, I’m focused on exploring opportunities in commercial real estate and learning more about how technology is shaping property valuation and deal timelines. I’m also here to connect with other investors, share experiences, and keep learning.
