Hey, I'm new here.

Anna Brown
Posted

Just joined Bigger Pockets to get my investing journey started.

I tend to gravitate toward opportunities that allow me to "be my own boss," and don't restrict me to a set location or schedule. Then, when I inherited two properties that I don't want live in, real estate investing started looking like it's the path for me.

So now I'm here trying to learn what I can before I take the next steps. The first goal is to buy a small multifamily for some house hacking, or a single family home, finish the renovation on my current primary,  turn it into my first rental,  then keep going. Over time, I think I want to mix rentals and a few flips, but we'll see. I'm learning there are more options than those two, so we'll see what fits.

I don't know much yet, but this seems like a good place to start learning. Looking forward to reading the forums and connecting with the community!
