New member from Orlando

Hello, my name is Steven, I live in the Orlando area. I have some experience but consider myself a new investor. I have done 1 BRRR deal and a live in flip so far in Central Florida.

I am interested in the Land and Trailer package niche and have been doing a lot of research on the niche. 

I'm just not sure where to start when it comes to getting funding for Land & Mobile home install.

Any thoughts, suggestions or questions are greatly appreciated!
