Hi everyone,

I’m not exactly new here, but I thought I’d reintroduce myself. I’ve been investing in real estate for 6 years, with experience in rentals, traditional rehabs, and luxury flips. For the past 3.5 years, I’ve also been a real estate agent in Columbia, SC. My own investing journey has given me a hands-on perspective that I bring to both my work and my conversations with others in the business.
