We’re excited to be here and introduce ourselves. We’re the Tammi Weed Team out of Nashville and we focus on both short term rental investments and residential real estate.

We’ve helped investors understand zoning and permitting, run pro formas with real numbers from units we’ve worked with, and even navigate strategies like bonus depreciation. We also love helping buyers find a primary or second home here in Middle Tennessee.

One thing we’re especially excited about is Horizon Nashville, a new short term rental development where our team has an exclusive partnership with Airbnb. It's been one of the fastest selling STR communities in the area and we'd be happy to share details with anyone curious about it.
