Getting going in Kansas City

Chris Jung
Posted

Hi all, I am new to the BP family and am preparing to activate investments in Kansas City. My first priority beyond developing a clear approach/strategy is to build a great team - an agent, lenders, contractors, etc. that I can get aligned with. As I am new to the KC area, I'd love any suggestions for how best to do this. I've heard that joining meetups can be a useful entry so I will look into that.

I'd also love to hear any further recommendations from this community for resources, tools, and tips that a new investor in a new region might find valuable!

Best,

Chris
