My name is Blane, and I am from Baton Rouge Louisiana. I have done mostly fix and rents my entire investing career. I really got confident because I am really good at ARV on "paper". Long story short the flip of my dreams came up and needless to say I learned a hard lesson on ARV on paper and ARV salability.
