Hi everyone! My name is Claudia and I’m based in the DFW area (Collin County, Texas). I’m currently working on completing my real estate license and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration. My main goal is to get into house flipping and eventually branch into rentals and multifamily investing.

I’m highly motivated, disciplined, and committed to learning. Right now, I’m specifically looking for a mentor who can help guide me as I take my first steps into real estate investing.

My short-term goal is to complete my first flip within the next year, and my long-term goal is to build a strong portfolio of rental properties. I joined BiggerPockets to connect with mentors, experienced investors, and like-minded people who are passionate about building wealth through real estate.
