Hey, my name's Edgar. I'm 17 years old and pursuing my goal: financial freedom at a young age. I'm currently learning everything I can about real estate investing, with a focus on understanding the process, runnin the numbers, and doing things the right way from the start.

Even though I can't invest personally, I'm using this time to build relationships, learn the business side of things, and connect with experienced agents and investors who are willing to share knowledge.

I'm especially interested in connecting with agents who work with investors, because I want to understand how to identify great deals and help clients grow their portfolios. I'm professional, eager to learn, and open to any and all opportunities- wether it's assisting with small tasks, helping with marketing or analysis, or just tagging along to learn firsthand.

In regards to shadowing, I'm very open to the idea, and would love mentorship; as well as provide as much help as possible. Additonally, my schedule is flexible, so rest assured I can be of help! I have a variety of skills including great interpersonal skills, fast learning, punctuality, ambition, and some house building experience. 

I'm currently volunteered in the 'Habitat forHumanity of Eastern Connecticut,' with the goal of making a difference and developing house flipping skills. Thus, if you need any help in that department and are open to helping me develop my skillset, don't hesitate to reach out!
