Seeking reputable landlord insurance for 20 Texas rentals home

Amar Agrawal
Posted

I own 20 rental properties in Texas, all currently insured with a single provider. However, the company is small and not reliable, so I am looking to switch to a more trustworthy insurance company that offers reasonable premiums. My key requirements are Coverage that allows for rebuilding or repairing the properties at current replacement cost (not depreciated value). Hurricane and storm damage must be included in the policy.

Does anyone have recommendations for reliable insurance companies in Texas that can cover multiple rental properties with these needs? Any tips on managing premiums or experiences with companies like Steadily, Foremost, or others would be appreciated."
