Hey guys I'm new to Bigger Pockets but not new to real estate.  

I've invested since 2008, and after building my personal portfolio to a solid place have decided to focus my team on helping others do the same.  

Our team finds properties, fixes them up, places the tenants, and sets up management in a turnkey done for you fashion.  Our investors simply have to get a loan and show up to closing.  This setup is a huge win for investors that have money they are looking to invest, but don't have extra time.

We've also created an impact investment where we help people become homeowners which is really rewarding too.

Anyway - interested in exploring bigger pockets as a way to connect with investors all over the nation, and hopefully bring some value to the table.  Nice to 'meet' everyone.
