Hi! I am new to the real estate market and am very excited about this opportunity. I just put our home up for rent as we move from Chicago to Raleigh. This process has been a little scary and after one day we have 15 appointments already set up! I am nervous about finding the right tenant! This website has been amazing so far with helping me come up with prescreening and the application process. Thank you for all of the great posts!
