I am fairly new to the whole real estate investment field and would like to find out if anyone knows of good hard money lenders and construction companies in the boston north shore area. I have located some great buy-flip-hold projects but I am unable to locate the investors. I have great opportunities waiting!! Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated!
