Hello Members,

My name is Shane Cote I'm 30 yrs old and soon to be a first time father.

I'm Finely taking the step into Real Estate Investing. I'm looking to start in the Wholesaling area of things to get my feet wet/ learn the ropes. I found this site while searching for information about Real estate wholesaling. I don't have a background in Real estate just starting out so i'll also be open to any tips or mentoring that comes my way.
