Hi everybody. My name is David and I live in Orange County, CA (the O.C.). I have been investing in rehabs for about 4 years now. I'm impressed with this web site and particularly with the member community. I’ve read several thought provoking posts on the forums. I'm looking forward to participating. I know I'll have a lot of questions for the more experienced among us and hopefully I'll be able to chime in myself with some worthwhile comments sometimes.
