Hi, my name's Steven

I'm currently employed as a computer system engineer but have purchased 3 investment houses in the past 5 months. Two were purchased from a wholesaler for an assignment fee are back on the market and priced right but I'm still waiting for the right buyer. I may end up only breaking even or even losing a little on those two but I've certainly learned a lot. I purchased the third home as REO and got the previous owners back into the house with a lease option. That deal has netted a +$550 per month cash flow along with a nice option fee up front. That house is a quick sell for 130k and I've got 100k in it so I think I've did pretty good on that one.

I'm so thankful to have found these forums and after reading them for several days, I must say that some of the forum regulars are amazing
resources and I thank you all for the willingness to share your hard earned knowledge.

I realize that I'm new to this and I have a ton to learn, but I know a lot of that education is going to come from these forums. My goal is buy, rehab, and sell residential homes full time with my wife and parents as a team.

Enough about me for now. You'll see me posting from time to time when I have something of value to add.

God Bless,
Steven
