Hi everybody, my name is Khanrad Wilson. I live in Terre Haute Indiana. Zero experience, but I am looking to learn and see if real estate is right for me. I am mostly interested in buying and renting to achieve independence. So far I've read some great and insightful articles here, so I had to join.
