Hello Everyone,
Got referred to this wonderful site couple of weeks back and hooked to it now, I wish I would have found out about it when I got started..
I Have heard atleast 5 podcasts by now and all have wealth of information with real world stuff.
I have a few buy and hold rentals and wonderful to see that I was not alone in what I went through.
Looking for Capital appreciation opportunities interested in 50-50 splits on fix and flips and also cash flow deals.
