Hello

I just joined BP a few days ago on a referral from a friend.

I currently work as a software developer in salt lake city utah and I am here to learn how to invest, specifically in rehab projects in northern utah.

I am looking for a good real estate agent and any tips on how to finance some deals in the beginning. I don't have a ton of cash to start.
