Hey everybody!

I just recently moved from MA to Denver. Dabbled in real estate, but never took significant action back in MA. Since listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for a few months, its renewed my interest.

I'm looking to invest in multi-family properties around the Denver area. A simple buy and hold approach, generate some cash flow, and eventually expand.

Excited to read about members experiences and tips. Look forward to chatting with all of you!
