hey all my name is Ankit patel, I'm new to the REI. My family has been in the gas station business for years. I bought my first piece of real estate 3 years ago to built my gas station. I have a bachelors in accounting.

I have been reading the post on here and iam starting to see REI in complete different way. Want to get more involved with buying multi units, commercial properties as well as flipping homes.
