New to Bigger Pockets in Marshall, MI

Just wanted to introduce myself here. Heard a lot of hype about Bigger Pockets and seems like some quality people are here that are eager to help others. What a great resource! Living in a rural area, I don't come across a lot of investors and would love to hear about others' experiences. I am especially interested in learning more about how others generate leads and wholesales. I've done about 15 rehabs in the last seven years, but ready to push to a new level. I would love to do 5 a year (I heard in a podcasts to vocalize my goals...so here it is). Cannot wait to hear from and share with others here.
