Hello all,

I am a new BP member from Santa Clarita , CA. I have been involved in investing since 1995 and I'm really excited about this community here on BP as I know it will help me get to the next levels. I am looking to build a business in this rater than poke around some. I have a few rentals and have done flips but have been stuck with no access money. So I am interested in raising private money to fund deals. I have a background in real estate and first got my license in 2006. My wife Gloria will soon be licensed.

We look forward to communicating with investors on every level as I already know quite a bit about real estate but could use a good mentor who has done more wholesaling and money raising.

I settled in CA to work in the animation industry and have done so for 18 years. The layoffs are frequent and much of the work is leaving town due to market forces. My goal is to be financially independent from my real estate knowledge and acquire more passive income with rentals.

I look forward to seeing you around the forums and getting and giving good good ideas and strategies to help us all achieve our goals.
