New investor from Baltimore, MD area
Hi,
My name is Pawan Wahi and I am a newbie real estate investor currently going with a buy and hold approach. With an Accounting degree and an IT career, I consider myself lucky and versatile. I have a full time job so real estate investing is a side business for now but I want to grow the income stream to be able to make it full time one day.
I am looking to meet and share ideas with other investors on this community and my local area.
I am happily married with 2 young boys.
