Hey everyone! I am a licensed Realtor in Arkansas and am an active member of Central Arkansas Real Estate Investing Association (CARREIA). Before "the Crash" & "the Bailout" in 2007 I worked in Northwest Arkansas as an agent for investors acquiring or liquidating properties. Now, in central Arkansas, as the market seems to be recovering, I find myself working with a lot of Real Estate Investors again, and I love it! I am looking forward to the rich discussions on this forum!! Our end goal is to own and operate a sustainable farm that innovates processes in sustainable agri for developing countries and raise our family on the farm! The way we want to reach and fund our goal is through real estate. Not only through the sales, acquisitions, & management for other investors as an agent, but my wife and I are looking to quickly build and maintain our own real estate portfolios to generate passive income!
