Hello everyone, my name is Noel Nichols and I'm from Dallas Tx.. I'm new to REI and I'm interested in wholesaling properties in the DFW area. My background is in construction, both residential and commercial, which I hope will give me a little advantage in REI. My goals are to start out wholesaling properties, and eventually buying and holding properties for rent. I actually stumbled across BiggerPockets looking for legal services to advise me on wholesaling properties, and started reading in the form and discover there is a whole wealth of knowledge here and decided to join. I'm looking forward to meeting and working with other investors in the DFW area.
