Newbie from Southern California
Hello, I am located in Southern California specifically the Inland Empire. I have been listening to the podcast for a few weeks now and enjoy the first hand knowledge sharing and experience. I have a rental property that started as my first home and is now rented out and I am always looking for good knowledge and insight on do's and dont's as a landlord. I had my real estate license at one time but it was just as the market crashed so I went out and got a full time job but love real estate and hope to one day get back in the market full time as an agent/broker and investor.
